Cancellations: I require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment Failure to notify within timeframe will result in 50% of the services scheduled.

Missed appointment/ No Show: Failure to cancel an appointment or no show will be require to pay 75% of service scheduled.

Late Arrivals: PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WE MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE IF IT CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN THE REMAINING TIMEFRAME. ALL ATTEMPS TO RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE MADE. IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU 15 MINUTES OR MORE INTO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME IT IS CONSIDERED A "NO SHOW" AND WILL BE TREATED AS A MISSED APPOINTMENT.
